How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. For custom requests or larger bookings, feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp.

How much notice do you need for orders?

Most orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Ramadan, etc.), we recommend ordering earlier to secure a slot.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 12 pm, subject to delivery team approval. For orders placed after 12 pm, we will check with our courier if it’s possible.

For other emirates, same-day may be available depending on the delivery schedule.

What are your delivery hours?

Dubai: 1–5 pm
Other Emirates: 1–8 pm

Can I customize my cheeseboard or grazing setup?

Yes! We love custom requests. Let us know the occasion, preferred cheeses, or color direction and our team will tailor the experience.

Are your products suitable for specific diets or allergies?

We offer vegetarian-friendly boards. However, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Please inform us of any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day changes are not guaranteed.

How long do the boards stay fresh?

Boards are best enjoyed the same day. If needed, refrigerate upon receiving and remove 30 minutes before serving.
